We offer our customers complete peace of mind. If you would like to return any items bought online from Avacati we will be happy to refund or exchange the product in accordance with our conditions and provided they are returned in a fully resaleable condition and you have cancelled the order within 14 days of receipt.

Cancelling an order

​

If you have already checked out, you cannot amend an existing order. You cannot change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed. We may, at our discretion, cancel or amend an order placed, although we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to provide you with this facility.

Once the goods have been dispatched, any return or exchange must be processed in accordance with this refund and returns policy.

“Returning your item” - Please follow the steps.

 

Jackets

 

• Please make sure you place the item back into the dust bag and place it into the Avacati box in which it was delivered. Please note, that we cannot accept returns without this email.

 

• Please email info@avacati.com subject reason ‘Return’ and please state why you would like to return the product. In the email, please provide the order number from the order confirmation we sent through when purchasing. You have up to 14 days to return the item. Please note, that we cannot accept returns without this email.

• Once we have received your email and have accepted the return under the Avacati terms and conditions, we will send you a return confirmation with a date of collection from our courier service.

 

T-Shirts

• Please email info@avacati.com subject reason ‘Return’ and please state why you would like to return the product. In the email, please provide the order number of the item from the order confirmation we sent through when purchasing. You have up to 14 days to return the item. Please note, that we cannot accept returns without this email.

 

• When your T-Shirt was delivered, you would have been given a spare grass paper envelope with a stamp already attached; please place the T-Shirt inside and seal.

 

• Please then post the envelope in your nearest Royal Mail letterbox.

Your legal right to return. 

​

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires us to provide you with goods in conformity with the contract and gives you the right to return goods purchased online without giving a reason (e.g., if your goods are not wanted) within 14 days starting from the day after the date of delivery.

If you choose to return your product it should be returned unused and in a new, saleable condition, with original packaging and labels still attached.

​

Any refund due will be credited to the card used for purchase within 3-5 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take longer to process such transactions. We may reduce the amount refunded if the goods have been used or handled unreasonably before return.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, original tags attached and with their original packaging.

International

For international orders, all the above steps/processes still apply, but shipping back to Avacati will is not free and will need to be paid for by the customer.
